The bottle can be packed with your choice amount of beverages and ice cubes.
When you are going to use it for traveling, you can place the bottle in the freezer for the night. Because of the high-quality plastic that was used to make the bottle, you do not have to worry about the item becoming brittle and breaking down when it’s frozen.
Although you can also dispense hot liquids on it like coffee or soups, it is not suggested due to scalding risks.

Polar Bottle’s Insulated Water Bottle model is made with plastic with a good give and flex, which means it will be easier for the item to be contained in kind of cage made for a water bottle. This can be singled out from the rest of the insulated water bottle bunch due to its triple-layer build. This means it has an insulating foil layer that is located between two layers of pliable plastic.
An advantage of this construction is that the foil allows for customization. Its foil can be printed with logos, graphics or any kind of artwork you wish.
There is also customization program that can be performed on the company’s site. All you have to do is attach an image, a logo or a customized background. The graphics are then printed on the foil liner and placed inside the water bottle. How cool is that?
Its capability for maintaining the temperature of its content is decent at best. Just remember to pack the item with ice before you venture out so you can get an extra hour of cool when using. Among the water bottles in the Polar line, the Platinum water bottle is still considered the best. If you do not plan on staying outdoors too long this particular model will be enough. Its triple-wall insulation managed to keep the heat away and retain the cold properly.
Months after use, this product is still completely functional and looks new.
It is also free from harmful chemicals like BPA and phthalates and instead made with low-density polyethylene which is FDA food-grade certified and complies with the California Prop 65 and Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008. It can fit regular water bottle cages as well.
The Leakproof Polar Bottle Zipstream Cap
The insulation performance is average at best. The water bottle is not tall enough for use in current bike bottle cages.
The Polar Bottle Insulated Water Bottle is a good buy despite its setbacks. This is average as an insulated water bottle but it will keep you hydrated. It is a safe plastic water bottle due to the absence of harmful chemicals and complies with the CPSIA and California 65. Made with durable, high-quality plastic–it will not crack or break if frozen overnight.
